Welcome! My name is Fiona and I am born and raised Roman Catholic. I have passion for helping others on a spiritual and emotional level. My background includes work in church ministry, social services, and mental health. This includes working as a youth and young adult director for the Catholic church, as well as serving the community through a variety of social service capacities and in the field of mental health.

 

As a Catholic therapist I utilize a variety of therapy modalities to help a person heal, recover, and love themselves as Christ loves them. I enjoy integrating the faith when clients want to, while I also respect the needs and desires of the individual client. When working with me, common treatment goals may include emotional healing, personal growth, or improved relationships. My counseling approach begins with building rapport and trust, evaluating your strengths and areas of growth, creating a personalized treatment plan, and then working together to meet those goals. I am trained in traditional therapy modalities, such as narrative therapy, cognitive-behavior therapy, and solution focused therapy. I believe our social and emotional wellbeing is strongly impacted by our environment and aim to assess all aspects of life in order to make the most progress.
